    NOT having a good time with my brand new flash bike…….
    I have damaged the frame. Canyon has a crash replacement policy – but would still be £649……
    It is only a small ding in the downtube and I am hoping it is amenable to repair. not something I am going to take on myself!

    Anyone had a carbon fibre frame repaired in the South East/Surrey Hills area?

    Leatherhead close enough? These guys will see you right. Only ever seen superb work from them.

    Warranty job?

    Friend had his alloy Canyon chainstay (I think) crack and got it warrantied. Though it did take months to sort out.
