I’m about to upgrade to some new XTs, I’m just wondering whether I can use my original rotors on my PItch. Front 203mm and rear 185mm. Am I correct in thinking they don’t come with rotors? Cheers

What type are they? i use Formula rotors with XT’s.

Avids seemed to be a bit thicker and didn’t work properly.

Avid Elixirs. I’m not too sure about hose length either! Seems to be quite a bit of choice

Will you not need 180 etc, so with those rotors the pads will not be touching properly and wear slightly wrong?

Remove spacers from bolt stack to make fit.

im running xt brakes on existing avid rotors,only problem i had was i had to loose the wee spacers and the just attached the calipers right on to the rotor adaptors,im 180 f and 170 r….

XT Rear is a bit tight clearance wise on 160mm Hope floating, Ive got t slightly offset from central to clear the rivets, not had time to doctor the caliper for clearance yet
