    took back a pvr which had been playing up over the six months of ownership. they asked if i wanted the same or to change to something different gave me friendly and non pushy advice so i decided to change to something 25 gbp dearer.
    when it came to paying they said they’d waived the difference due to me having had problems.
    that’s what i like.

    Never had anything else, the only time I had to deal with them in such a way (washer dryer = work of the devil) they were great through the problems and also offered an exchange, that we took.

    One of my friends took a 7 year old JL shirt back which had started to fray. They looked a bit puzzled as they could not trace the code on their system., but they still refunded him in full

    They seem to only employ people who are polite and happy to help.
    Excellent interviewers/ HR dept. I presume.
