Life of Brian is another truely great film.
But would it be released in todays political/religious climate?Posted 2 years ago # -
Airplane is class, I have a soft spot for Naked Gun/Police Squad as well...

No.
Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein and the Producers in my opinion are his best works, don't think much of the rest. Spaceballs is particularly poor.

It helps to watch it when you're 12 years old. It's not really a great film once you've grown up.

I guess you had to be there...Posted 2 years ago # -
Blazing Saddles is still one of my favourite films ever.
The cute old lady gets some of the best lines, imho.
Sheriff: "'morning mam. And ain't it a lovely morning?"
Old lady: "Up yours n*****!"And when she's getting beaten up by thugs,
"Have you ever seen such cruelty?"Makes me laugh everytime, anyway.
