    Think I’ve used this before: ExamDiff

    Edit: looks like the free version can’t compare binaries.

    We use Winmerge in work – an excellent tool!

    Install Cygwin and use cmp 😉

    Winmerge doesn’t do binaries properly.

    I am trying to hack camera RAW files and yes, I’ve tried EXIF editors.
