Also, 29ers… According to seemingly most of the bike riding public they should be crap and we shouldn’t lust after them, certainly if we’re less than about 6ft4 tall (I’m just under 5ft11), but I love them!

I just bought one to try out mainly cause I don’t want a bike for the road and one for the trail. Seems to be a good middle ground.

I know this is getting a bit off topic. I’ve never really wanted a motorbike, until now.

What a wonderful video. I wish I had the skill and vision that he has.

There have always been bikes that I’ve really wanted but that’s changed over the years as I’ve changed the sort of riding I enjoy. Right now, I’d love to go and build my own 853 cross country frame with a geometry to suit 80-100mm forks or some rigid forks. When I’ve got the cash, Dave Yates will be getting a call…

I’d love a nice, simple track frame like the one shown in the pic from mboy. But then I’d want to live close enough to a track to warrant it.

My first proper bike all those years ago. These days I just ride a bigger version of the same thing.

Saw one in a museum (Brooklands, Surrey) and that made me feel quite dated!

That rigid, carbon Niner…You all know the one….

    I don’t want a 29er, a rigid bike, or a carbon bike, but….but it looks so perfect!
