I bought a light set from Smudge on this forum (mtbbatteries) last year and was very happy with it until it developed a fault where the light suddenly died without warning after 45 minutes. A bit disconcerting halfway down a descent.
I emailed Mark on Friday and outlined the problem and on Saturday morning a new battery pack arrived which fixed the problem, less than 24 hours after I'd reported it.
