I’ve always struggled to get cartridge bearing out of hubs and frames, ending up banging with hammer and drift. Whats a good tool to pull them out? cheers

I’ve just been looking at the Santa Cruz bearing removal tool …

    A snip at $50.00

I have bought some bearing tools off Superstar approx £20 each and they are very good.

That Santa Cruz tool works brilliantly for the correct size bearings.

Wheels manufacturing do one as well along with a bearing press. Pretty good tool as well.

Heat the bit the bearing fits into – then they come out easily. Boiling water is enough

RRP bearing extractor/press kits with m8 bolt and nut do well. I would avoid steel versions.
