BB cable routing to full length outers

I want to change to full length cables as replacing cables is becoming a PITA. I've currently got under BB cable routing.

What would I need to route the outer cable neatly and also for an end stop on the front mech as at the moment the end stop is at the top of the downtube? Any ideas, guys (and gals)?

Could you not still use the same end stop? You night have a length of exposed cable but that will stay exposed, so not a problem?

Or would it just be easier to head to the LBS and ask about what fittings I'll need?

You can get some plastic p-clips that will replace the bb guide. they have a hole for an m5 bolt, same size as the guide bolt.
