  • Bashguard with a double chain-set?

Specing up the new bike. My last one (before it was stolen) was 2 x 9 with a Raceface lightweight bashguard. I like having a bashguard for logs etc.

Now have the option of 3 x 10 or 2 x 10 speed. If I get the 3 x 10 I’ll have to ditch the middle and outer rings and get a bashguard.

Is there a bashguard you can fit to 2 x 10 speed chainsets? I thought Hope were doing an integrated chainring / bash but I can’t find any details on it.

    Cheers.

Considering what happened to the last ones I’m not saying on an open forum. Just tapped you up on Facebook.

    Aren’t all bashguards the same?

I recently swapped the chainrings plus bashguard over from my 2 x 9 to my 10 speed bike to make it 2 x 10 & everything works just the same.

On my last chainset I replaced the big ring for a bash. If I get a 2 x10 chainset where would the bash go? (without losing the larger ring)
