We’ve got the old version of the MacPac – it’s been great. On number 3 now and still going strong.
As with anything like this – try before you buy.

Macpac stuff is usually excellent. We had a vaude one with a little life canopy which was also excellent. See what you can pick up sh.

The general consensus on such threads is that MacPac, Vaude, Deuter and Little Life are all good, but that the best one is the one that fits you properly, so see what you can try in in Cotswold or any other outdoor shop that sells a few.

There was a pretty big thread about this last week – have a look as I reckon there were enough real life views on there to be of some use.
