My knees point ever so slightly in, on long hard rides (around 3hrs) I start suffering cramps in the inside quad just above the knee. I also suffer a bit the next couple of days with pain across the front of the knee (feels like it needs to be 'cracked' like my knuckles do sometimes)
I'm wondering if I shim the cleats out slightly to straighten up my knees on pedalling this might help?
When I use flats I notice my toes can point out a lot more than when clipped. Any advice welcom
