My "it's nicked sense" was overwhelmed by the zero feedback, glaring spelling mistakes and the "present so no receipt" listing.

Still got the toe-straps, so I would guess its a true sale - or a true sale of a brand-new bike.

Nope, not Ms AD's stolen Prophet, that's still to turn up.
But fek me, do people really get bikes like this as an "unwanted Christmas present" and what has winter got to do with it?!
Can highly recommend the bike though, if it is genuine.....

seems genuine to me. that could go for a bargain. not very well advertised

Have to agree seems fairly genuine, I thend to be more suspicious of ebay adds that are plain wrong rather then just light on details like this one.
Eg "Mountain bike with middle suspension" "28 gears" etc

I agree with lack of knowledge on the item rather than stolen.
I bought a bike (ladies bike I must admit) on ebay that was poorly listed and got it for a steel at £10. Turned up and the lady selling it was well fit!!
