10% + bonus. If your not making money in oil&gas at the moment your doing something seriously wrong.

I wasn’t expecting one since I’m a contractor rather than salaried but got 7% anyway! (I, er, thanked them by getting another job elsewhere in the organisation the week after)

We usually get 2% per year, irrespective of what inflation is doing. I made a case for and received 12% last year. Back to the usual 2% this year.

First payrise of 2% in 5 years last year, nowt this year but get a quarterly bonus based on sales etc – and it even allocates a payment to a 3rd person in our team that has never existed!

I hit my targets which got me a 5% bonus, I would have got a 2% payrise but unfortunately I’m at the top of my pay band so they’ve given me the rise as a bonus. Shame they didn’t tell me last year I needed to get promoted to get a rise – or maybe they could just raise their bands in line with inflation?!
