nice, im tempted to take the plunge
Posted 11 months ago # -
oof. thats funny lookin.
what does the bagger do then?
Posted 11 months ago # -
That looks ideal, comes looking like it's already been bent in half so even if you break it, nobody will be able to tell
Posted 11 months ago # -
lol, supposed to be a superstable rock muncher that climbs to (need all the help i can get, rock hurt)

The hardtail to end all hardtails?
The hardtail to ride when you really shouldn't be riding a hardtail?
The hardtail to have when your backs against the wall and the man is really out to get you and the only option to get the hell out of there is the route with a wee climb followed by a black maga gnar doonhall which eats hardtails?
Looks nice... I want one... I don't need one...

looks really odd to me. like a 24" kids bike. or a WSD?
not used to seeing bars 1/2 ft above the saddle maybe.
funny lookin!

It looks awful.
Posted 11 months ago # -
hmm certainly not beautifull but it reeks of gnar, lol
Posted 11 months ago # -
i might get one, ive got a 490 seat post kicking about, that should work a treat.
Posted 11 months ago # -
Function over form I suppose. Certainly looks different.
Good on them for trying something new, even if it's not everyone's cup of char.

speccy hotrock!!!
Posted 11 months ago # -
so any one actually built one ? rode one?
Posted 11 months ago # -
The top tube is bent ... what is Brant thinking ... hhhmmm ...
Posted 11 months ago # -
Should have gone to Spec Savers.
Posted 11 months ago # -
The hardtail to ride when last months 'must have hardtail' just doesn't quite cut it any more.....

My daughter has a hotrock. I wonder if it was subliminal.
That one in shot on the CRC site and on that shot there is a 14in. The 16in and bigger look more 'normal' with a less acute bend in the top tube.

oh dear
Posted 11 months ago # -
well i bet it rides shweet!
id love one,
Posted 11 months ago # -
Looks weird, really high front end and uggo seatstays.
Posted 11 months ago # -
if the TT was'nt bent the front end may not look high.. a 14" that so may exagerate how it looks a bit eh.
Posted 11 months ago # -
Was disappointed when I first saw it, now it's really grown on me. Love it. Would have got one on the cycle2work scheme if they were doing complete builds.

It looks great.. Form and function.. Yes, I'll wager it does indeed ride schweet...
Shot in larger version with more seatpost showing would do it more justice tho.

how about posting a pic of an 16" or 18" Brant?

Lovin the BaggerSchmidt
Is the fork a Rev or a Lyrik?
Posted 9 months ago # -
It a RS Sektor RL U-Turn (110-150mm).
Posted 9 months ago # -
Looks much better built up than as a frame.
