What do you make of this?
Faint feeling - light headedness.....
Hot (even when outside in the cold wind)
sweaty
Really tired - muscles have no energy)
Desire to just sit down
Usually around 4 - 5pm.
Not everyday
Can't say its linked to fitness as I'm not great at getting my arse off the sofa and don't think it is linked to exertion as I can do exertion without feeling like this.
Are the 'symptoms' too vague to be linked to anything? Is it MTFU time?
