Sad news. Wen I wert lad, I was a big Cramps fan and so followed up on his production on 'Songs the Lord Taught Us' and from there I discovered a whole new world of magic.

Thats sad. Some of his songs are amongst my all time favourites. I lent him my twin reverb at a gig once, he was super friendly and enthusiastic about playing.

I never really listened to loads of his stuff, but enjoyed Big Star via The Posies. Another one bites.

Kept hearing about Big Star over the years but never got round to listening to them until today, better late than never.
