Yesterday, I ran over an animal while cycling.

I’ve had a few close encounters with various creatures over the years and now I have blood on my tyres.
I had already come tto realise some of the harder truths about being in nature’s wonderland. Badgers don’t like cuddles, cows are too big to bunnyhop and lambs burst. This particular tragic instance means that Mrs Ratty’s children will grow up as orphans. Except they won’t as they’ll most likely be eaten by their relatives. It’s possible that this is not first occurrence of this happening in Wester Hailes.
