I am probably overthinking this, but I would like to put those random bits in the bottom of my camelbak in a smaller bag so they dont fall out when I open it. Something like a smallish net bag?

    Anyone use anything similar/suitable?

    Where from?

Get a small alpkit drybag which will keep your phone and other stuff waterproof too

A snap lid tuperware (sp) type box holds the smaller items in my Camelbak (Puncture repair stuff, Quick links, Spare pads, Zip ties, Stanley blade, Mech hanger etc…)

Yeah I got a draw string net bag with a set of intense tyres.
It takes a multi tool, chain tool, tube and tyre levers.

Someone else will have one or two of these from buying some intense tyres.

If not alpkit do a set of small bags the vortex

    Use a freezer bag!

Unless you have large amounts of spare money to waste on a special bag to store little bits in

I tried a freezer bag, but it split, was thinking something a little tougher.

“Pencil case” I think the correct term is “Office Management System” 😉

Tupperware type 0.5L box with 4 clipped sides.
Waterproof to keep the steel tools and first aid kit dry from sweat and rain.
It also provides a small tool tray when in use.
I also keep an inner tube in a plastic busines card box to prevent it getting damaged.
All the ‘Camelbaks’ I have had get very wet inside from sweat, let alone rain.
