Evening all.

Fitted some new 09 Reba Teams with BBMC to my bike last night and took them to Innerleithen for a ride round the xc route. At the top of the climb i noticed the seal on the left leg had popped out. Refitted it and rode down the berms to the SUW and then along the next section to the road. They were fine until riding along the road where the seal popped out twice more. Missed out Plora craig, nipped down middle Gold Run then Caddon Bank. They were fine on the steeper rougher sections.

I don't really understand why this is happening. I had an appropriate pressure for my weight, same amount of air in positive and negative side, no compression damping wound on. I'm not heavy and am not hard on components usually.

Has anyone else had similar woes?

I'm pretty tempted to send them back.
