Pretend they’re a bit shorter, and still send with collect+ (or myhermes)

I used http://www.avsfencing.co.uk/ last time I needed fences – I think the delivery wasn’t quite two weeks, but I did order over a BH weekend (Easter IIRC)

Quidco too if you do that

I tried a friends bush baby premier out one day. Mini m0rk loved it, and I bought one myself

It’s framed like a proper rucksack and travelled well and didn’t muller my back

Now she just wants to walk everywhere, so I listed it ok eBay the other day :( I’m going to miss our hikes for a few years!

Bimbled round QE all year long with knee pads – fine for three hour rides. First time I used them was laying over onto the chalky berms, it was pretty comfy compared to knee/chalk interface

My only ‘torso’ injuries wouldn’t have been protected by the top though, I’m struggling to imagine a scenario where I only fell off a bit :)

Knee pads at QE have helped me a lot this last year. Not sure I’d want to wear your linked item though

Take the wheels off, pedals off, remove the bars & you should get well under those dimensions

7 pairs here on my first present.

Still, not opened mother in laws yet, and that should see me into double figures

Should be on your PCP agreement?

But probably about 40% of it’s ‘new’ price

As I have loads of stuff to list on eBay over the coming months….

Show your hand early. Big bid or go home :)

    Or sniping as suggested ^^

Send the covering letter as a ‘document’ rather than in the body of the email

Always looks nicer when printed off

Personally, I hope you’re right! But I hope you get em for a good price

mtbtomo – bit of a gatecrash, but if you wanted to ‘try’ 105 Dual Pivots for buttons… I have an eBay ad linked in the classified ending in a few hours

How come woodhill is so bad in the summer? Is it so sandy it’s like a beach?

Next working day IIRC, so put it through today for Tuesday with a thin hope it might go on Monday

That was my experience two years ago

Wouldn’t it be cheaper to just use a band on mech?

Sorry if that’s missing the point though

Quidco for 3% for a starter

Sign up for a newsletter, and there’s another £5 (use a new email address)

Mrs WCA – Mrs m0rk is on the list, following a successful total hip replacement earlier this year (at 33)

She’s due in later this month, and is “looking forward” to it, in a roundabout way. Based on her hip, the pain was immediately gone, but replaced with postoperative pain instead. Better than bone on bone grinding away anyway

I think you’re pretty close by (IIRC, you’re a scummer :)) so if you want to get in touch for a ‘hands on’ answer, she’s fine with that. Even more so, if you can suffer coming to Portsmouth and can use her surgeon, he’s one of the the best, and specialises in replacements for young ‘uns

Thanks guys :) I got there a bit later than I wanted, so just a lap of Verderers for me today

Car Park was mega, worse than Xmas 2 years ago when I last went. Shame it was mostly filled up with people talking about riding clean bikes though.

We have the option to take a car, or opt out.

I opt out, and take £510/month, which happily funds what I need it to. Fuel is funded at HMRC rates (so 14ppm for a 2.0 TDi)

Our requirements are that if we have a car / opt out is that we cannot hire a car if we’re travelling on business (unless flying first) or take a taxi, or train.

So what some people do is drive around in a beater, a couple of people just ride to work & rent something themselves if they need to travel from enterprise for £25.

I guess we have probably the most flexible policy….

I remember selling these back in the day for my saturday job.

I seem to remember they weren’t made in Nottingham, but were imported – but loads better value than Litespeed etc.

That one ^^ looks a bit like it’s specced like the team bikes at the time I think? Or maybe I’m confused with X-Lite that use to have interesting bits

Was there a week ago, there was only one place where I emerged from the woods & couldn’t see where to go.

So I followed the tyre marks :)

1hr35, and that was cruising about – If I had more time I think I’d have done another Blue lap too
