I think the Hope road BB cups are the same as MTB, but different centre tube and spacers. Sooo, maybe, but you might need a few extra bits.

The threaded section of the cups is longer on the MTB BB so if you have enough depth of thread in the frame to install them without spacers, you’ll be able to use the cups, but the centre tube won’t go in.

If you check Hope’s tech section on their website for both types of BB, it’ll tell you the cups are identical, and you’ll need to swap to a 1mm spacer either side, and a road specific (narrower)centre-tube.
