Which cordless vacuum. Dyson DC35/44 or VAX air switch?

Looking for a lightweight cordless vac that I can use for carpets but also as a handheld for cobwebs, spiders and cleaning the car etc.

Was thinking this VAX looked good at £100

but wondering if I should spend double (£200) and get a Dyson – either DC35 or DC44 (think these are pretty much the same)

In true STW style, I’ll mention something I own that you’ve not asked about.

I’ve just bought a G-Tech Multi on the recommendation of my Mum. She knows vacuums.

I have a DC35. I hate it.
Expensive and requires constant maintenance.
