I overbought gear when I restocked a year ago. Does anyone have advice on where to get rid of Canon DSLR kit?
Does eBay work or is it better to find a forum like this?
Not a stealth ad as I’m still deciding what needs to go.

Probably a pair of 7D with battery grips, a 70-200 2.8 Mk III (?) and a 100-400 MkII, a 1.4X extender plus a couple of Speedlite 580 and some wireless remote flash triggers.
A large part of this basically. I’m just going to keep the 5D MkIII and the wide angles and fisheye.

    Stealth ad worked…
Check the model of the 70-200 and let me know I might be interested.

I have a couple of weddings to shoot over the next month so I won’t be doing anything before that.
Big booboo: the 7Ds are in fact full frame 6Ds. D’Oh. Sometimes it is hard to remember model numbers.
And the 70-200 is an f2.8L IS II USM. Basically the current top model.

It looks like you burgled a camera shop.

    🙂

If you want to get rid of the two 6Ds then sooner will be better than later – there is a 6d Mk 2 coming out soon.

I might be interested in the
100-400 and extender; are the Lee filters big stoppers?
    Any thoughts on pricing?
Dale Photographic in Leeds have good reputation for selling used kit.
