Here it was trout crostini to start, very nice and tasty , and to follow Pulled Pork on baps with wedges. Rather pleased with myself as I venture into cooking! No booze though as on call 🙁

I had pulled pork for lunch!

Pork shoulder with a few random spices + slow cooker + 10 hours = cheap easy loveliness.

    Syrian restaurant for supps.

I’m going Indian tonight, veggie Indian to be precise from my very favourite restaurant.

I will swig one beer, but only one, a small one at that.

Never had tartiflette so decided to make that, should be done in 5 mins! Will have a nice cuppa tea with it.

Beef Stroganoff here, my own recipe and bloody good it was too.

And none of this dodgy stuff either, quality Silverside from the Butcher.

Lazy Saturday night dinner here. Steak and ale pie with cheesy leeky potato bake, red wine and cheesecake
