After years of only having hardtails and my Epic I've now got a more bouncy full-suss (2004 S-Works Enduro). Currently it's running with Specialized Storm Controls for winter conditions (which I'm finding pretty good), but at some point I'll want to switch to more general purpose tyres.
The widest tyres I have lying around at the moment are some old Conti Verts (the steel bead version), so I might use those. I'd also be interested in what reasonably light but decent volume, all condition tyres people are using these days?
I was thinking perhaps Specialized Eskar or Schwalbe Fat Alberts. Anything else I should consider?
