Looking for something of good quality sub £100 in 27.2 x 400 flavour (inline or just a little setback). Not Thomson again. Fancied KCNC but can’t find any stock in UK.

What can people recommend? What about Titanium – would flex be excessive? And it would push the budget up obviously.

Flex is ‘comfortable but not noodly’.

Nice one, and there are some in stock online just inside my budget. I might treat myself 🙂

I’ve a controlltech one, the decals came off in abotu 5 minutes, but otherwise it does a good impression of a thompson one without the machining marks or price tag.

Might still have it somewhere if you want a bargain.

why not thomson?

The flutes on my Thomson have worn quite quickly so it’s now too narrow for my frame. Don’t want that again!
