Sharp pain at the back of my leg, just below the knee but above the calf muscle
Feels sore to the touch but not inflamed
Worst pain is walking up stairs or after having sat for a while
If I stretch my leg out and point my toes upwards that really hurts

After a few days rest it seems to be getting worse not better…

Yes I don’t think it’s the hamstring as it’s too low, but feels like it’s above the calf

rubbing a fresh kitten against the infected area whilst chanting ‘i will always wear a helmet’ will do the trick, then liberally apply some bepanthen and wrap in cling film

(you may want to leave some breathing holes in the clingfilm or the kitten might struggle a little)
