    I got a new one off Sam at Singular for a very reasonable price.

    Not sure if the play will be in the EBB it is a single piece with no moving parts. May be the set screws/pinch bolts that need tightened or the BB/cranks.

    Tim @ Sideways can probably put some new bearings in, if that's where the "play" is.

    A Phil Wood EBB is a lump of metal that the BB fits into. You need a new BB or get get some new bearings fitted.
