You can take the raw historic data and play around with it. I used to to find spikes in min temperature in each season when I was trying to work out the relevancy of 3/4 season ratings for sleeping bags.

I find Meteogroup give very accurate forecasts. They have this site for land forecasts.

They also do a brilliant app for marine forecasts, I have been on jobs offshore where they were providing very expensive bespoke forecasts for the site, which were almost identical to the info given for free on the app. Meteo Group

Winston_dog, I rely totally on Meteogroup’s Weather Pro app, it’s the most accurate I’ve found, and I love the satellite view and precipitation radar, they really give a clear idea of how the weather is actually progressing. Possibly one of my most used apps since I first started using it on my iPhone 3.

I can highly recommend this site if you want to know what the weather is doing in my back garden.
