Can anyone recommend the above for a short rider? On a tight budget so £25 each. Or could make do with my Altura gillet which is great but has a mesh back so have more to spend on shorts.

Easily under 25 and last better than all the MTB specific waterproof shorts I’ve tried so far.

Polaris am flux shorts and their lightweight but shower proof gilet come in about half that budget when they have a sale on?! Not sure when the sales are though!
