    It came on yesterday and is now pretty painful.

    Any advice, sit it out or see a physio (is there anything they can do)?

    Have just taken some brufen but I don’t think that is going to touch it!

    I’m no doctor but I believe trapped nerves are more often “pinched” nerves that then become inflamed. Basically nothing is trapped or needs untrapping. Just some brufen and take it easy

    See a physio. shoulder/arm pain is often related to neck problems, the exercises they will give you can certainly help (they have in my case).

    Like as been said, as far as I know a trapped nerve isn’t trapped, it’s pinched and inflamed.

    I had pins and needles in my left arm and leg last week, went to GP and he said it was trapped nerve in my neck.

    Ibuprofen and paracetamol as neccesary.
