    There’s literally hundreds of coaches out there, it’s about finding someone who works for you. IMO Torq can be a little impersonal, unless you pay top whack, although Matt certainly knows his stuff and is a really nice guy. I can heartily recommend Sam Gardner, although I’m not sure If he’s taking on more athletes at the mo.

    i was thinking of doing something for The K100 but when i got details from torq i have to say i was a little shocked by the cost. What is a typical monthly amount and what do they provide?

    I use Joe Beer and found him very good. Joe applies a keep it simple approach. You can learn a lot by listening to his podcast which I think is excellent though is a little tri focussed.
