    deep_river,
You got me remembering some great rides…….
    Those were the days! 🙂

Brown Clee used to be one of my favourite training rides.
Bear in mind I'm not a real mountainbiker. But, I/we used to do a big loop from Kidderminster taking in Kinver Edge, Wyre Forest, Brown Clee, and Habberley Valley. A lot of tarmac along country lanes, but a lot of off-road too.

You got me goin' now! I remember we used to stop at Ditton Priors tea rooms. There was a young lady who used to serve there, she was gorgeous, and we all fell in love with her until one time just before Christmas when she was telling us in detail about her temporary job with turkeys. It was the hand gestures that put me off. Ouch!

This was back in the pre-suspension days. We had a good crew used to go out. I wonder what they're all doing now.

Sorry, I've waffled on a bit.
If a monster loop takes your fancy I can mark up a map and send it you.
    Let me know.
    SB
    😉
