    So thats the question non uk registered car with towbar can I pull my mates caravan to a campsite?

    yep, there’s no compulsory registration of caravans in the uk. So as long as your licence allows you to tow and you have appropriate insurance then no problem.

    Just check the electrics match up – you might need an adapter.
