Dislocated my shoulder at CyB two weeks ago, now have movement but is still sore though I am pretty sure I would be fine holding bars. Booked in for physio in a couple of weeks but I am wondering whether I should go riding tomorrow, nothing too strenuous.

    What you you do?

depends what your definition of “nothing too strenuous” is, something like a pootle along some towpaths with an occasional riding spouse would probably be ok but some fast singletrack could end in disaster if it came out again under load?

take it easy, allow yourself time to recover, if you have to ask then you are probably not ready.

Seems to be getting bloody sorer (is that even a word?), i reckon I am gonna have to leave things for a couple more weeks at least
