You can’t have TSY and Jamie… they’re the same person.

    this whole treat day thing….

there are 1440 minutes in a day, i like to spread those cheat minutes over the week and treat myself a few times a day, taking into account the total time i spend eating those treats its waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay less than a whole day so i think i’ve found the best way to do this.

Just eat a bit of wholemeal bread sometimes. I’m still eating some bread (wholemeal only) and losing weight steadily and feeling good (3/4 of a stone in about 5-6 weeks (of not mega strict low GI as opposed to iDave).

i do the same grum, if i’m going to have bread (which i’ve tried to cut down on as a general rule, no more pizzas etc etc) then it has to be wholemeal.
