Always hope for a smooth transition from mince pies to hot cross buns, with a slight pancake diversion half way....

Was looking for Christmas card in Morrisons before the 25th and was slightly confused by all the red and white "To the one I love" cards laid out... for Valentine's Day. Who buys those 2 months in advance?!

Who needs passion and spontaneity when you have a good project plan ? I've heard that Gantt charts are the way to a woman's heart

I make bread and butter pudding with hot cross buns, the morrisons ones are the best.  Pre soak overnight it's the best

Our local Sainsbury’s had Christmas cards in on Boxing, absolutely ridiculous almost a year before Christmas.

Who buys those 2 months in advance?!

the folks who, on February 14, don’t go ‘argh! I forgot’?

It is the reason you always write stuff like 'My Special One' or 'My Dream Person' rather than a name so you are safe with the same card regardless of who you are with at the time

The relentless (desperate?) attempts to part people from their money have become so conspicuous (to me at least). It obviously always been there but just seems so blatent now.
