    i am 6ft 1, so i need to sleep diagonal across the rear or need to remove the bulkhead.

    Van as sound deadened insulated and ply lined that has been carpeted.
    Floor has ply with lino flooring

    Careful if you remove the bulkhead, best just doing from one side if you can (passenger). Its there for a reason, if you have an impact with no bulkhead, objects from the back can do you serious damage…
