Last few days there seems to be an epidemic of peds and runners, walking/running like drunken wobbling weebles, while listening to possibly music or spoken word on their miniture stereo systems, you try to make yourself known to them but they just seem to weeble even more, some when you pass them, shout the common greeting “WHERES YOUR BELL”.

Also shouldnt runners have some sort of licence, skill level and have insurance. 😯 , before they weeble infront of a cyclist or a car .

We need them to blend out the abuse from motorists.

Funnily enough paths arnt roads, so they can womble wherever they want. And i dont think ive ever seen one run out infront of a car, plenty of teenagers, but they do that wearing headphones or not.

Nothing like a nice long run with a bit of music. So no.
