Hi has anyone rode the sherwoood pines trials recently. Just wondering what the conditions are like. Thanks.

It was wet as hell on Sunday, heavy rain Saturday night turned it into a bb/pad killer with most of the group going though pads for fun (I’m not sure why they were braking so much)

I was up there today and pretty wet and muddy – the trees that recently blocked a few trails have been sorted though.

Puddletastic today on the red, the off piste fared a bit better. All good slippery fun.

Definitely a slop fest, although the end of the section that was felled and subsequently ‘paved’ with fist sized lumps of rock now has a nice feature!
Take it at normal trail speed and you can prejump the first then send it off the second!

Was fine today as long as you don’t brake too much and destroy your pads.
