Those at the top have no reservations when it comes to basking in praise or banking bonuses when things go well.
But when things go wrong they cry foul and deny any responsibility.
She basked in the glory and filled her boots with the firms perks but when it came to accepting her responsibilities she appears to have been more dynamic in protecting her own skin.
This wasnt a case of someone in the team getting drunk, taking a car for a joyride or **** up a purchase order. It was a brutal tragedy which I will never understand why it was allowed to happen.
