I have bought a ticket. I now can’t go. I have sold the ticket. How do i get all the details changed to the new ticket holders name?

Do I just change all the log in details on my account and give it to the new bloke? That seems a bit extreme as it has all my payment details.

Can he create an account and then we transfer the ticket?

Do I change the next of kin details and he just pretends to be me?

I have emails active.com (who do the tickets) but haven’t heard back.

Does it not say non transferrable? My season ticket in 07 and possibly my 13 day one last year had pictures on so if you have an afro and he’s bald it might fail. Pretty sure Rob, the guy that owns SouthernDownhill banned the selling of passes one summer on his forum. If you’re lucky and the broker hasn’t ordered them yet perhaps you stand a chance.
