    and they’re not happy!

    Over here speeding fines are pretty much a way of life and of the PAYG variety. They are also very reasonably priced 😉

    Most of the people I know are saying that the system “can and will never work” because based on the criteria for losing points (over here they start with 12 and work their way down) they will all lose their licenses within the first month
