So what the diagnosis on this?

Noticed the intonation was out (have done for a while, but never investigated) and subsequently that the bridge was bent on the GBE strings, worse on the E obviously. So I took the strings off and I noticed this crack on the guitar, bugger. The crack goes up just short of an inch on it, top half feels solid enough.
Anyhow, what's the prognosis and where is best to get it fixed in and around Glasgow?
Guitars a Joan Cashimira 77, not an amazing guitar, but good enough for me to want to get it fixed.
