Anyone put new cells into a hope battery pack? My Hope4 battery is dying, run time is seriously reduced. I haven’t pulled it apart, but it looks like it will have 4 x 18650 batteries in it, straight forward swap?

Phone Hope – they’ll probably help you.

If Hope don’t sort you out contact Mark/smudge at http://www.mtbbatteries.co.uk and he should be able to repair or replace it for you.

Spoke to hope, it’s a new battery job, rough cost of £80. So I’ll try smudge

I’m surprised it was that much, a couple of guys I ride with, one had a vision 2 battery given him free, and the other paid a minimal price for a replacement Hope HID battery.

I’ve sent my Vision 2 batteries back to hope several times to get the connector put back on. in fact, I’m about to do it again. I don’t think I’ve ever been charged.

They have repaired the hope2 free of charge. The hope4 battery is worn out so wasn’t expecting a freebie. £80 was rrp, it’s about £60 on crc I think
