Hairspray. Acts as a lubricant when you first spray it…and sticks when you slip them back on. Or if you haven;t got any I find deodorant works.

If you plan on using the grips again, I wouldn’t recommend using any lubricants.

I spray wd40 under the grip using the straw attachment you can clip into the nozzle. And then pull – hard!

GT85 or WD40 with a straw, then a good wash in shampoo and hot water and allow to dry.

Or a blast of compressed air under the grip and hold on tight, because the grip will fly!!!

I undo the screws at each end. Works a treat and no problems re-usng them.

Get something in between the bar and grip and squeeze in some Fairy liquid to remove. Works really well once you’ve manipulated the grip to get the liquid all the way around / in.
Spray hairspray into the grips before replacing for the magical lubricant becomes glue effect…
