Raleigh Vektar – pricing?

Friend has a Vektar in reasonable condition.
It’s the basic model, slight rust on a couple of surfaces (bars etc) but all original (we think).

It’s surplus to requirements at the mo.
Any idea on where I can get a valuation for this?
