    Weekday travel, *anytime* ticket.

    Can I travel in 1st class? A conductor once told me that with an anytime ticket I could travel first class but I can't find this anywhere online although I see I can use the first class lounger at the station.

    no you can't. you need a first class ticket to travel in first class
