Just popped in to say hello to the new owner of Cycology Bikes on New Road in Chippenham, where City Cycles was.

Seemed like a nice bloke. Told me that they will be supporting both road and mtb markets, stocking Trek, Endura, a full range of accessories and a workshop. Stock due in the next few days. Shop refit and re-branding under way so still looks a bit WIP!

Anyway, as ever, it would be nice to see a local, independent business do well so if you're in the area, might be worth popping in.

I hope he can true wheels as I have a few wobbly rims that could do with sorting. Never seem to get the opportunity to get to Bath/Yate/Malmesbury with the wheels at the same time. The Mavic wheels with flat bladed spokes should be a challenge.

Fantastic, could be in the market for a new road bike in the next few months, will go and pay him a visit next week!!!

Hmmm, and nearer than Red Planet too! Methinks a visit is due…
